It was wonderful to have the Minister of Education visit Wattle Grove PS today, along with MLA for Forrestfield Mr Stephen Price. The children were excited to be part of the official planting of an orange tree as well as taking our special visitors for a walk through our vegetable patch and gardens.
LEARNING JOURNEY
Thank you to all who attended the learning journey on Tuesday afternoon. It was a great opportunity for the children to showcase their work that they put so much effort in to. I hope you all had a great afternoon in Room 17 and I have no doubt that many of you enjoyed sampling some of the produce from the garden.
STUDENT HELPER - Bella
Welcome back, Bella. Bella is with Room 17 for the week, helping out and gaining some work experience. Bella is a past student of Wattle Grove, from the Primary Academic Class days, and it is always delightful to have past students come to visit. We're really enjoying her being part of Room 17 again.
